If you found us here first and would prefer not reserving through VRBO you may book direct by simply filling and sending the form from our "Rooms and Rates" page.

We will respond with an invoice total and rental agreement. 

Nightly rates - $1300-$1800 per night (depending on time of year).

 $20 per night for ever person over 8 occupancy.

Out clean $695

Hawaii accommodation tax 17.93%.

VRBO charges an $800 service fee and allows for 60% down to reserve and 40% on final payment 180 days prior to check in.

We require 100%  to reserve and book your dates direct

After booking please request Welcome Packet, Its got all your checkin info.

We do an in person check in and walk through just to show you around and answer any questions.

Check in is 4pm, check out is 10am. Shorter stays are accepted if available between existing reservations. No smoking on this property. We have a "Full refund up to 180 days prior to check in"cancellation policy.
